BIM-based FM: coming to North America?

There seems to be signs out there that a vitual building based facilities management platform is about to arrive in North America. ArchiFM is still in circulation in Europe. VintoCON appear to be readying a version of their product for use in Canada and the US.

If true, an ArchiCAD engine would be driving the only BIM based app for FM.
